This course will guide you through constructing reproducible, automated workflows for biodiversity data acquisition, cleaning, and analysis in R. Suitable for both palaeontological and neontological datasets, you'll learn how to integrate these during biodiversity analysis through time and space. This course is ideal for students, researchers, and practitioners interested in biodiversity analysis. Participants should have basic experience with R and be comfortable working with computers. A webcam is recommended for interactive sessions. Key Learning Outcomes Understand biological occurrence data and key databases.
