Plans for R 4.1 in Fedora?

We still have a few issues:

At least R-littler was already rebuilt by Mattias, but it didn't
propagate to the repos yet.

I don't think so. If Fedora 34 users want R 4.1, they can install it from rawhide.

Or someone that isn't me can spend another two weeks doing it. :)
