This is solved now in rawhide. Java has been dropped there from i686.

Here's a script that generates a build list with all the packages in
Fedora: https://pagure.io/R/packaging
Unfortunately, until the SIG FAS group is set up, we would need
provenpackager powers to go through that list and build them. I think
we can't even build our own packages in a side tag that was created by
another user. :(
