License of the nutshell package

I wish to package the nutshell package. I need help to understand which
license is relevant.

The audioscrobbler data is made avaialable under the following Creative
Commons license:

http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/1.0/

That's 'non-commercial use only' so not suitable for Fedora.  You would
need
to strip out this data.  You might ask the upstream project if they'd
put it in a separate distribution themselves.

All other data files are made available under a Creative Commons
Attribution 3.0 United States License:

http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/us

That sounds fine.  But it says 'data files'.  Did you find out what
licence
applies to the code itself?
