Hi all,

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but I finally found Guppy GMMA.
So I started building my own version in R.
Finally I googled "Guppy GMMA R". And yes, as usual, done and dusted in TTR.

Thanks J. Ulrich! And all others who in some way contributed to all packages needed to run TTR.
