Problem with rgarch package

Dear all,

I'm trying to use rgarch for garch modelling.
I've downloaded the package from the R-forge but I can't manage to install
it since a Bessel package is required. Searching for this Bessel package on
the web didn't give me any relevant results. 

So, I'm asking for any suggestion how to make rgarch work.
