hello again:

     another little error in fCalendar.  i sincerely hope this list  
is the place to post these.

     in 2000, Japanese Coming of Age Day was changed from Jan 15 to  
the second monday of January.  accordingly the current function  
JPComingOfAgeDay gives incorrect results.
