Connection failure

Im trying to install the R metrics files 

source("http://www.rmetrics.org/Rmetrics.R")

The error I get is 

, "r", encoding = encoding) : 
        unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
unable to resolve 'www.rmetrics.org'. in: file(file, "r", encoding =
encoding) 

Can someone help?
