R quant framework

Dear Sirs,
I think there is a little misunderstanding. In fact, as you can read in my first post I have already googled (I found the abstract), searched in website of papers (ex. IDEAS: Economic and Finance Research) and contacted the author (he say that don't have a copy and kindly summerize me the content of paper). R SIG FINANCE is the last resources for me to find the complete paper or the slide of talk.
