morphometric traits in dapc
Hello, this post would be better suited on the adegenet forum. If you check ?dapc, you'll see that there is a method for data.frames and matrices, which you can use a input. Any numeric / binary data can be analysed by DAPC this way. Subject: [R-sig-genetics] morphometric traits in dapc
Hello,
I have a question reguarding the format of morphometric data I want to
analyse using the find.clusters and dapc functions. From articles I know it
is possible to analyse this kind of date with dapc, but could not find any
instruction about the correct data format.
I would be greateful for suggestions.
