We are excited to announce our Landscape Genomics workshop, held online from 13?17 July, designed for those who want to explore how genetic diversity is shaped across landscapes.

In this course, you will learn to:
Obtain and process environmental data using GIS and remote sensing tools
Explore genetic variation and population structure in R
Apply statistical methods such as Sambada, LFMM, and RDA to study local adaptation
Plan and validate landscape genomics experiments, from sampling design to interpretation
The course combines theoretical introductions with practical sessions, giving participants hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methods.
