two-way AMOVA?

I'm curious to know if there is an R function/package for doing a two-way AMOVA, such as geographic region * sex, including the interaction term, and also hierarchical/nested geography. Most implementations I have seen are the standard nested one-way with a nested geographic variable. The one implementation of two-way I have seen appears to only do main effects.
