Nei -Li distance measure

Hi all,

I am trying to find a package or script that uses Nei-Li to calculate
dissimilarity (or similarity) for an AFLP data set.  At the present
time I have been unsuccessful and was wondering if anyone has written
the code for R. I would like to use Nei-Li for a cluster analysis.
