Geographic/Spatial Clustering - pyCluster for R?

Feel free to contribute an interface. There is spdep::skater for regionalisation, and some functions in DCluster answering rather different questions - my guess is that Skater is more efficient than these largely legacy methods. However, comparisons would be very useful. Roger
