writeRaster() error with raster_2.2-5
The error vanishes after starting a new R session. This is probably a consequence of having installed the package from within RStudio, even if the previous version was actually not loaded. I will add "install from raw R session" and "re-start R after package installation" to my protocol before actually reporting an error. Apologies. Agus
