R-sig-Geo Digest, Vol 48, Issue 3
Thank your for your commnet, Professor Bivand. Recently I've been developing Geospatial mining tool based on OpenJUMP(see Japnized OpenJUMP(http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fgiswin.geo.tsukuba.ac.jp%2Fteacher%2Fmurayama%2Ffieldgis_station%2Findex.html&langpair=ja%7Cen&hl=ja&ie=UTF8)), which can build topology from linestring and polygon, connecting R via Rserve or JGR, and will use Repast for agent based modelling. Regards.

Dear Marco Thank you very much for your info.
Dear Hisaji, Would Mondrian http://rosuda.org/Mondrian/ be of any use? The maptools package contains a function for exporting SpatialPolygonsDataFrame objects for (older) Mondrian, and will support the recent releases soon? There is limited support for ESDA in the iplots package, if ESDA is taken as dynamic linked graphics including a map view. Neither Mondrian nor iplots permit linked Moran plots unless the spatially lagged variables have been constructed first. Best wishes, Roger
