problem with OpenStreetMap

There is a simple solution to Java interface pointed out in the first
email....it does not require use of JDR.
- Restart your R session and
- use "Sys.setenv(NOAWT=1)" prior to loading OpenStreetMap

All the code the article you reference will now work.  Bottom line: there's
a simple bug in the package code
