Hi Edzer, 

I have this line that i would like to use for kriging :

OK.Res1<-krige(Res1~1, loc=DF, newdata=grd, model=vmf1)

Where should i input d[-zerodist(d)[,1],]?

if your data are in d, pass as data argument to the kriging function.

This arbitrarily removes duplicate points, so they are ignored in the kriging. If you want to do something more sophisticated, zerodist can be used to identify the duplicate pairs.

I got the

"chfactor.c", line 130: singular matrix in function LDLfactor()

Error in predict.gstat(g, newdata = newdata, block = block, nsim = nsim,  : 

LDLfactor<

 

Error, probably because there are some point pairs with zero distance in the matrix. My question is, how can i delete these duplicate nodes from the data set?
