autoKrige: singular matrix in function LDLfactor

Elena,

Is this projected data?  I previously noted that zerodist() fails to work
under certain projections
(http://r-sig-geo.2731867.n2.nabble.com/zerodist-fails-with-Projected-Data-td7584211.html). 
Dr. Pebesma has noted this bug.
