Does the code at: http://www.asdar-book.org/bundles/dismap_WB.zip help? You need: http://www.asdar-book.org/RC1/book/dismap_mod.R first to set up the input data. In chunk 39, line 172, of dismap_WB.R, you see: library(coda) ncoutput<-read.coda("BYM/coda1.txt", "BYM/codaIndex.txt") Hope this clarifies, Roger
