Nothing is OK. You clearly have a malfunctioning system, at least one of the packages is wrongly installed. You have not included version information - the output of sessionInfo() at least. My guess is that you are running on Windows and have made some blunder in installing packages, but nobody can help you unless you give more *relevant* information since you have now asked the same question four times.
