problem with extract() raster package using weight=TRUE

Many thanks Robert for your work, really! :-)

Another question.
With weights parameter I see the approximate fraction on of the cell is
rounded to 0.01.
Is it possible to have much resolution on that fraction, like 0.001 or more?
Perhaps is it already possible (and I've not read carefully the *man*
page...)?
