Visualisation tool assessment
The following request has relatively little to do with R, but a lot with the interactive visualisation of probabilistic spatial data, an area where R is, let's say, not so strong. the UncertWeb FP7 EU project (http://www.uncertweb.org) has developed methods and open source tools for uncertainty propagation in web-enabled environmental modeling chains. One of these tools visualises probabilistic spatial and spatio-temporal data in a browser. To assess the usability of this visualisation tool, we prepared an online survey.
