How to fit a spatial hurdle model with the INLA package ?
Dear all, I am looking for an example (dataset and code) of fitting a spatial hurdle model (zero-inflated model with a single source of zeros) using the INLA package for R. With this approach, two models are jointly fitted: (1) the probability to observe at least one event (the single source of zeros) (2) the (strictly > 0) count of events The spatial correlation might be represented by a conditional auto-regressive model. I am aware of the R-!NLA documentation available at http://www.r-inla.org/ All the best Renaud
