cluster update

hi,

to day after the packages update, i tried to load the cluster package...
but it give me this error :

 > library(cluster)
Errore in lazyLoadDBfetch(key, datafile, compressed, envhook) :
	errore interno in R_decompress1
Errore: caricamento pacchetto/namespace fallito per 'cluster'

i've also tried to reinstall itr but without succes.

i'm on osx using the latest R binbary version.
