How to handle NA-values in raster-based Geary´s C test?

Hi Kerstin,

I have been suffering from a similar problem to you with NA values in my
raster dataset.  I was wondering if you might post or email me your revised
script so I can use it to troubleshooting along with the suggestions in this
thread?
