Conflicting information between GDALinfo() and gdalinfo

GDALinfo() reports the lower left corner, which agrees with gdalinfo. 
Whether the origin is upper left or lower left is arbitrary, in sp and 
hence in rgdal, the origin of rasters is lower left.
