spdep not available
Abhishek: chooseCRANmirror() is your best friend here as it allows you to select a different mirror once you've found a given mirror reports "package is not available for R version 3.2.x" As Roger points out, staleness happens and if it isn't up to date at USA/CA1 it might quite likely be up to date at USA/PA1 or Berlin or somewhere. Please check properly, and document your claim. Of course the source is available, as are the OSX and Windows binaries: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/spdep/index.html The mirror you are using may be stale, or there may be other reasons, but an undocumented claim like this is of no help in resolving your problem (no OS, no mirror, etc.).
