Looking for a zero-inflated spatial data

Dear all,

I am trying to find some zero-inflated spatial data to test some of my
models but I cannot find anything. Does anyone know of any spatial data
set based on count data (ideally, from public health data) that is
freely available?

I know that this is not an R question, but if I can find a suitable data
se I will make sure that it is available in one of the R packages that I
maintain.
