Any suggestion for creating a map (e.g. indicator) of binary variable for which I have co-variable that is co-located and is known at each prediction location? The binary variable has also known property (in sampled limited points) that is continuous but only in case of binary variable = 1.
From the non-Bayesian geostatisical side, methods adopted here include
colocated cokriging; another option might be kriging with external drift/universal kriging, although I'm not so sure how much sense this makes for indicators.
