shapefile on the wrongly placed

Dear list I have this shape file created on one location using a 
specific projection and when I try to put it into WGS1984 it appears in 
a different place where it should be. How do I fix it? What can I do?

Please show the input projection, you retrieve it with proj4string() in 
sp. Are you sure that it is correct? You have also not shown what you 
understand by WGS1984 - do you mean a datum shift from the input datum, or 
something else?
