Hi

There are a few exemples of kriging inside borders in the geoR tutorials
section available at:
http://www.est.ufpr.br/geoR

Basically you can use polygrid(), althouhg there are other mechanisms
available. polygrid() relies on a splancs function internaly

Please have a look and if the problem persists please contact me
preferelably with some dumpoed workspace and scripts
