Dear all, I will expose my issue with an example: I have a temperature raster at world scale and I want select or identify the ?contour? cells of this raster. More clearly, I define ?contour? cells as cells which are adjacent to ocean. The issue is that my raster file contains only terrestrial data and no ocean data. I looked the functions of the raster package like clump() but it doesn?t resolve my issue. I have no idea how resolve this? Must I create an ocean raster or a simple function exists?
