The package Rcartogram available from omegahat cannot be installed with the standard R CMD INSTALL Rcartogram on Windows. It needs libfftw3. There is a binary version of the package on the site, but only for R 2.9. Does anybody have a version of this package for R 2.11 on Windows, or does anybody have instructions how to build it?
