Hi Erin, This is the *R* sig geo, so I think only if there is some R involved (coupling ArcGIS and R, comparing outcomes between ArcGIS and R, how can I do this ArcGIS operation in R, etc) I would consider it off topic. I would recommend posting your question on gis.stackexchange.com. It is dedicated to GIS and there are a lot of ArcGIS questions there (and also a lot of know how I assume). good luck, Paul
