Geonames lookup (was lat/lon to timezone)

My R interface to GeoNames is now on R-forge:

 http://geonames.r-forge.r-project.org/

Assuming I haven't mucked anything up the package binaries should get
built later, otherwise you can check out the SVN and play with it:

svn checkout svn://svn.r-forge.r-project.org/svnroot/geonames
