Dear Ben, Thanks a lot, it actually solves the problem. What I was wondering is whether the time lag is only allowed upto lag 15. The data am using has 21 time points but the lag on the graphs is upto 15, no matter what I change. Is there a way of determining what to use as width and cutoff in the formula to compute the spatio-temporal variogram instead of trying different values severally? You will find a package build (.tar.gz) and windows binaries (.zip) attached to check whether this solves your problem. Best wishes, Ben

Hi,
here is the data, coordinates and code. the spatial variogram
part of
the code works but the spatio-temporal part doesn't work.
Thanks for the help.
regards.
