help with semivariograms
2 messages · Marcia Muñoz, Pierre Roudier
Hi Marcia, You should have a look to ?fit.variogram and ?vgm from the gstat package, and ?autofitVariogram from the automap package. Pierre 2009/7/18 Marcia Mu?oz <marcarmu at gmail.com>:
Dear all, I have done a semivariogram with R and now I want to fit my semivariogram with both models, Gaussian and Lineal to see which one is better to my data. I have no idea about how to do this "fit", so do they have any script that can help me with this?. Thanks a lot sincerely, Marcia -- Marcia C.
