spatial-temporal correlation

I want to standardize catch rates of wall-eye fish using GLM models. I used likfit method in R package geoR to cope with residuals correlation,
    but I think there was also temporal correlation in residuals. geoR can not solve the problem.Who can tell me what should I do? Is there any package 
    in R that can solve my problem?
