I am new in R and I need to plot the occurrence of a species.
I have the presences of species (CSV) and the shapefile with the limits of
study area.

Which code should I use?

Regards,

Lara

You might consider having a look at the spatstat package which has tools
explicitly designed for this sort of thing.
