FOSS4G Conference submissions

FOSS4G 2013 (The global open-source geospatial conference) is in the
UK in Nottingham in September, and abstract submissions for
presentations close on Friday.

There was a lot of buzz about R at GISRUK (the UK academic conference)
recently, so it would be great to see plenty of R-geo talks at FOSS4G.
