3d mark point interpolation

Hi Steve, the gstat package has 3D kriging. Modelling
3D anisotropy is not easy, but can be done; after that,
kriging is rather easy.

Dear All,

    I am new to this interest group. Is there a R package that allows me to
do 3D mark point interpolation (IDW or kriging) ? I have a set of
groundwater wells, with measurement of the level of a chemical pollutant at
different elevations. So the data is XYZ with a value (mark points). Can I
do that in R? Anybody has some idea on this question?
