Hi Did anyone get to the bottom of this? I am still confused - should I enter the h value from the utilisation distribution as the smoothness and spatial range? spatial range parameter in ruf.fit (package ruf)

OK it has been sorted. Here is what to put into the ruf.fit for future users: hval <-c(h, 1.5) where h is the h value used to create the kernel utilisation distribution for that individual. The 1.5 is always set at 1.5.
