Suggestion: spsample with "stratified" design: prescribing nb of points

Hi!

I think that the stratified option of spsample() would be more useful
if n could be a vector with the nb of points to
distribute within each polygon. The user could predefine this vector
based on the area of the polygons and other considerations. Any hope
this could be added in future versions?
