gstat/R indicator co-kriging

Hi Lukas, If you feel like being Bayesian, you might want to check out the spMvGLM function in spBayes. Please let me know if it works for you or if you have any questions. Andy

Hello, is there any example on indicator co-kriging in gstat/R? Any suggestion for creating a map (e.g. indicator) of binary variable for which I have co-variable that is co-located and is known at each prediction location? The binary variable has also known property (in sampled limited points) that is continuous but only in case of binary variable = 1. Thanks :-) Regards, Lukas

From the non-Bayesian geostatisical side, methods adopted here include
colocated cokriging; another option might be kriging with external drift/universal kriging, although I'm not so sure how much sense this makes for indicators.
