[R--gR] CoCo 1.6.2

Version 1.6.2 of CoCo is now available from
 http://www.jbs.agrsci.dk/Biometry/Software-Datasets/CoCo/CoCo.1.6
 and soon also from http://www.math.auc.dk/gr/material/CoCo/ .

 A first draft to manual pages is now included.

 Return of fitted parameters (mean and covariances) is now enabled.
 Fix of mix up of homogeneous and non-homogeneous models for reuse of tests. 
 Re-computation of Log(L) when the set of cases changes at missing values.
