[R-gui] RGUI help on a dialog box

Dear R-Gui People:

I'm back again with more questions.  Thank you for your patience.

My project:  Open R.  Have a nice "Box" appear for people to enter some
text.  Also in that box, an extra line for a probability distribution.
Then, R will do some calculations, and a new text file will be generated.

What would be the best way to create the dialog box, please?
