[R-gui] creating package for GUI

Hi Sanket,

I'm not sure what you mean, but you may find James Wettenhall's R TclTk 
examples useful at:

http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/~wettenhall/RTclTkExamples/

You may also wish to look at the source code for affylmGUI or limmaGUI 
which use TclTk for their GUI,
