rmpi SGE

i am a newbies and i have a cluster under redhat
onto this cluster revolution R+ rmpi+SGE is installed but i have some 
problem with the  command line to use for launch R  with input file 
and output file
i have another problem , i tried to install a GUI but doesn t succed
for rcmdr i have a PB of tcltk library (i have install the latest 
tcltk version)
can somebody help me?
