This is excellent news.  Has anyone expressed interest in maintaining
this going forward?  I understand Kazushige-san is not interested in
maintaining it on sourceforge or the like.

I ask because the assumptions it makes about MAX_NODES in numa_check
in driver/others/init.c do not work for my linux environment, so I
need to compile with -DNO_AFFINITY, but that doesn't actually compile
without a tiny modification.  I was able to resolve the particular
issues that I ran into, but its a good example of the type of issues
that will come up without active maintainership.
